All your questions, answered:
After you send your request we’ll get back to you and start working on your designs in 24h max.
With the “Marketing graphics’ subscription plan you can make unlimited design requests for which we’ll make unlimited revisions. All the other plans are fixed and we’ll revise the graphics until you’re happy.
We deliver most requests within 2-3 business days, Monday-Friday. If you need something urgent let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
Sure, we know how important is a great design and we’ll do our best to get it there.
You own the rights once we deliver the designs to you. We also provide the editable work files in the Adobe Suite or Figma.
Usually we need the following assets: logo in all formats, brandbook (if you have one), other graphics assets that you think will help in the design process. Don’t worry if you don’t have any of these, we’ll sort it out together.
You will have a dedicated project channel in Slack where you can make requests.
Not using Slack? Keep in touch by email and make requests via our Google Forms Request.
You can cancel you plan anytime by sending us an email. If this is the case we recommend you to do it before another month starts, but we’ll be sensitive about certain situations.
